Join Our Team
At Lititz Chooses Love, we’re more than just an organization – we’re a movement built on the power of community and the fundamental belief that love is love. Since our founding in 2021, we’ve grown from a grassroots response to intolerance into a thriving, trans-led nonprofit that’s making a real difference in Lancaster County.
Why Work With Us?
We offer more than just a job – we provide an opportunity to be part of meaningful change in our community. As a workplace, we pride ourselves on creating an environment that truly walks the talk when it comes to inclusivity, support, and respect.
What Sets Us Apart
Truly Inclusive Culture: As a trans-led organization, we don’t just talk about diversity – we live it. We are actively working to create space for historically excluded voices and celebrate the authentic selves of all our team members.
Flexible and Accessible Workplace: We understand that life happens outside of work. Our hybrid work environment allows for both virtual and in-person work, with flexible scheduling that accommodates diverse needs and lifestyles.
Sustainable Workload: We actively work to prevent burnout by maintaining open conversations about capacity and supporting each other when help is needed. Your wellbeing matters to us.
Real Impact: From serving over 1,500 individuals monthly at our food pantry to creating safe spaces for LGBTQ+ youth, your work here directly contributes to positive outcomes in our community.
Our Commitment to You
We recognize that many of our staff, board members, and volunteers have lived experiences that often include experiences of trauma. We approach our work with a trauma-informed lens and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, valued, and supported.

- Treating every individual with dignity and respect
